Reshape your relationship with food. Not through control — but through reconnection.

Nikita Mehta, Founder of Embodh. Host of the Nourish with Intention Podcast. I struggled with my relation with food - calorie counting, extreme control. That's why I created Embodh - a space to help you change your relation with food.

Real meals. Gentle foundations. Mindful shifts that help you feel good in your body again.

This space is here to help you learn how to eat in a way that actually feels good — in your body, your rhythm, your life.

We’re not here to tell you what to eat or how much. Embodh is about reshaping the narrative around nourishment and “being healthy.”

Not through more information or rules, but by helping you understand the foundations of how to truly nourish yourself.

From there, our hope is that you begin to feel empowered enough to decide what works for you — what to eat, how much, and when—by learning how to actually listen to your own body again.

Foundations to Reconnect

Most of us were taught what not to eat, or how much to eat — but not how to feel good in our own bodies.

At Embodh, we guide you through three gentle foundations to change the way you relate to food:

  1. Removing the Noise
Ultra-processed foods, sugar crashes, and chaotic eating patterns disconnect you from your body’s signals. We help you clear the clutter—so you can actually hear what your body is saying.

  2. Understanding the Two Basics of Feeling Good
Blood sugar balance and gut diversity. These are the real, science-backed basics no one taught us — until now.

  3. Mindful Prompts & Awareness Tools
Simple questions and small reflections that guide you back to your rhythm.

These tools are gentle and easy to integrate — so over time, they become second nature.

The goal? That your body begins guiding you again, naturally and intuitively. Because that’s how it was always meant to be.

Food, Body, Thought

Honest essays, food philosophy, and reminders to reconnect.

These reflections aren’t about trends, hacks, or what’s “in” right now. They’re about reshaping how we think about nourishment, our bodies, and the role food plays in our lives.

At Embodh, we use this space to dig deeper — into what makes us feel safe in our bodies, why we get disconnected in the first place, and how we can come back to a more intuitive, honest, and empowered place with food.

It’s not about the perfect diet or a meal plan — it’s about learning to trust your body again. To pause, reframe, and realign.

Every piece here is written to help you reconnect to your body, to your natural way of intuitively choosing.

The Nourish With Intention Podcast

Nikita Mehta, Founder of Embodh. Host of the Nourish with Intention Podcast.

In this podcast, I speak with experts from different walks of life. These are real conversations, real stories, real inspiration and actions without the fluff and without putting more rules on what you ‘should’ or ‘should not’ do.

I wanted this podcast to be a space where you get curious and explore new ways of approaching food, health, or life — some of which may feel uncomfortable at first — but through that, discover what actually works uniquely for you.
